Anchor Bay Entertainment has revealed the final details for The Walking Dead: Season One, which will hit store shelves on March 8. The release will consist of Blu-ray two discs including the six episodes of the first season of this post-apocalyptic saga set in a world overrun by zombies, with special behind-the-scenes featurettes and “insightful extra footage.”

Special features include:

This was an amazing series that I was worried about when the story seemed to rocket through however being only six episodes it needed to be. There are some really brutal scenes in this which are outstanding but the final episode left a lot to be desired.

Season 2 promises to be a whole new level of awesome as anyone who has read the graphic novels will know what I mean when I mention The Governor!
